Return & Refund Policy

At DALXO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item remains unused, undamaged, and is returned in its original packaging.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
